Round 1 for 
The theme was to draw your character in Valentine's Day attire, and expressing what they feel about the holiday.
I drew Genki in some sweet lolita attire, saying 'Be Mine'? in Japanese (thanks =X2010 for the kanji and translation help!), since she's part Japanese, and lolita is a big thing there. Genki's the kind of person who'd probably try to win over a guy however way she can, and I suppose dressing like a cute lolita would be a way. After all, she thinks she's sexy hot shit
Anyway, this took FOREVER to ink because of the detail of the outfit, and the colors were hard to get right. I think this turned out pretty good though, and I hope you guys like it!

'Watashi no monodearu~?'

I like the outfit and the colour scheme. Your colouring technique makes even the little details stand out, and while it's one a very realistic effect, it's bold and eyecatching. I like how you drew her hair, it looks soft and seems to curve naturally.
However some features of her anatomy look a little strange to me...some of it is a matter of drawing style. But her right leg looks too twisted around at the knee, and her studded collar suggests that her neck would look too thin to support her head. Because you can't really see the angle of her legs under her dress, it sort of makes her right arm look too long.
The big chunky grey shadow that creates a straight diagonal line in her hair makes it look a bit flat. I would've made that shade curve around the shapes of her ear and tufts of hair rather than straight down.
